3 days water supply

At least 1 gallon per person, per day. Store in plastic bottles. Children, nursing mothers and ill persons will need more.

3 days food supply

Non-perishable, preferably foods that do not require refrigeration, preparation or cooking, and little or no water. Examples: canned meats, fruits, vegetables; canned juices; staples (salt, pepper, sugar, spices); high energy foods; vitamins; comfort/stress foods.

Syrup of Ipecac

To induce vomiting, if advised by the Poison Control Center.

Activated charcoal
